Rail Corrugation Inspection Trolley
RVC-1000 is a rail corrugation and Top-of-Rail video inspection trolley capable of providing accurate and reliable measurement of rail corrugation, linking it to high-definition images of the rail surface.
Corrugation Analysis
The “in-office” software allows the operator to analyze the acquired data and generate detailed reports. Analysis thresholds can be configured, and images can be processed using artificial intelligence algorithms to identify rail surface defects.
System Features
RVC 1000 can be easily transported on site and operated by a single person.
The external batteries are removable and compatible with standard power tool systems.
Each battery pack provides more than 4 hours of operation. By using additional battery sets, the working time can be extended according to operational needs.
