RVC 1000 Rail Corrugation
RMT’s RVC 1000 is an innovative Rail Corrugation and TopRail Video Inspection Trolley capable not only to provide an accurate and reliable measurement of rail corrugation but also linking it to a high-definition image of the rail surface. RV
The “In Office” software allows the operator to analyze the acquisition and produce a detailed report. The thresholds are configurable and the image, thanks to artificial intelligence algorithms, can be analyzed in order to see the rail surface defect.
RVC 1000 can be carried on-site and used by only one person. The external batteries are removable in a quick and easy way as for common electric tools.
Each battery package allows more than 4 hours of measurement: with the availability of proper battery spare kit, the operative time can be extended accordingly to the available time frame.
